1) What is the delivery time?

• We provide shipping all over Pakistan. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days.

2) What if the product color varies?

• LALA ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, LALA does not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

3)  Can I cancel my order?

• You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

 4) Can I amend my order?

• Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

 5)  What if my product is damaged?

• We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging them. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange an exchange within 7 days of purchase.
